Set on the Kördere hillside along the Bezirgan road above Kalkan, Villa Grand Emora sleeps 10 in five bedrooms. A 15-metre outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, sauna, Turkish hammam and a double jacuzzi come together in one home. The pool area is completely screened from view, making it ideal for families who value privacy.
High on the hill, quiet and entirely yours
Villa Grand Emora sits on the Kördere hillside, on the road that climbs from Kalkan towards the Bezirgan plateau. Looking out over the Mediterranean, this two-storey villa offers 250 m² of living space and a garden enclosed by high walls, so every moment of your holiday stays private. Neither the pool nor the garden can be seen from outside, which is why the villa is especially popular with conservative families and larger family groups.
Two pools and a private spa, all year round
The garden features a generous 15 × 4 m outdoor pool, 1.50 m deep, with a separate paddling pool for little ones. On cooler days the heated indoor pool (4.5 × 2.5 m) takes over. Indoors you will also find a sauna, a traditional Turkish hammam and a double jacuzzi, turning the villa into a small spa even in winter. Underfloor heating runs throughout the house, so autumn and winter stays are just as comfortable as summer ones. Pool heating is available on request for a daily fee.
Living spaces and bedrooms
The spacious lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen open onto the garden, where the dining table under the pergola and the barbecue become the heart of long family evenings. There are five bedrooms: four doubles and one twin room. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and a further shared bathroom serves the rest of the house, so ten guests can settle in comfortably.

Although the villa enjoys a peaceful village setting, everyday needs are close by: the nearest market is about 500 m away, restaurants 3 km and Kalkan bus station 3.7 km. Kalkan's seafront is 5 km away and the famous Kaputaş beach about 10 km. Dalaman Airport is 123 km and Antalya Airport 211 km away. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00; the minimum stay is 4 nights, rising to 7 nights in summer.

Exactly like the photos – and the sunsets are even better
We spent ten days here with our two teenagers and honestly didn't want to leave. The villa is spotless, the pool is huge and the view over Kalkan bay at sunset is something else. Hakan answered every WhatsApp within minutes and even arranged a boat trip for us. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Gorgeous villa, a little big for two
We booked for our anniversary and treated ourselves – the villa is stunning and very private. Lovely villa but extras add up
