Workation Villas for Remote Work in Türkiye
A workation villa lets you finish your calls in the morning and be in the sea by mid-afternoon. These villas have both Wi-Fi and a home office or workspace declared by the owner; contact the owner directly to check the details that matter for your work.
Who is it for?
Villas for remote work suit freelancers, employees with location-flexible jobs, couples who both work online and small teams planning a few weeks of focused work by the sea. Fethiye and Antalya are practical bases with cafés, shops and services open all year. Kaş and Kalkan are quieter and great for concentration, while Bodrum has year-round neighbourhoods too.
Your pre-booking checklist
Internet and workspace details are declared by owners, so ask for proof before you commit:
- A recent speed-test screenshot taken at the villa, showing download, upload and ping
- The connection type: fibre, ADSL, a 4G/5G router or satellite
- A backup plan for outages: mobile hotspot, second line or generator
- A proper desk and an ergonomic chair, not just the dining table
- Air conditioning in the workspace, and good Wi-Fi signal in that room
- A quiet spot for video calls, away from the pool and family noise
It is also worth bringing a local SIM or eSIM with a data package as your own backup.
Time zones and seasons
Türkiye stays on UTC+3 all year with no daylight saving, so the gap with the UK and Europe changes between summer and winter. Plan your meeting schedule accordingly. July and August are hot and busy, which can make focused work harder; spring, autumn and winter are calmer and usually better value. For longer stays, many owners will discuss a monthly price.
Booking directly
Each listing shows a VillaNo and the Tourism Permit number required by law. Check it and get the agreed terms, including internet, in writing. Villora does not take bookings or payments; you contact the owner via WhatsApp, phone or email.
