A few steps from the sea
Villa Mavi Kaya is located in Kışla, on the eastern side of Kalkan, only 600 metres from a coastline famous for its crystal-clear water and swimming platforms. After breakfast, grab your towel and walk down to the sea, then head back for a lazy afternoon by the pool. The two-storey villa offers 210 m² of living space on a 650 m² plot.
Designed with children in mind
The 4 × 8 m main pool has a shallow section starting at 50 cm, and there is a separate fenced children's pool alongside. Table tennis in the garden, toys and board games keep younger guests busy for hours. A baby cot, high chair and stair gates are provided.
Living spaces
The ground floor has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin room. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a roof terrace overlooking the whole bay. Dinner on the roof terrace while the lights of Kalkan come on is the villa's favourite ritual. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available.

The supermarket is 350 m away and restaurants 300 m. Located 1.8 km from Kalkan centre, the villa is ideal for families who want peace and quiet with everything close at hand.
The swimming platforms of Kışla are almost empty early in the morning, perfect for a calm swim with the children. Families love the simple routine of a morning by the sea, an afternoon by the pool and an evening stroll to Kalkan harbour for ice cream.
