Staying in Kaş town centre means the harbour, restaurants and swimming platforms are all on foot. Villas here are compact and characterful, often with sea views from the surrounding hillsides.

Kaş town centre is a lively but relaxed mix of harbour, cafés, boutiques and seafood restaurants. Uzunçarşı, the old shopping street, climbs gently uphill past wooden-balconied houses, and the ancient theatre of Antiphellos sits at the western edge of town with views towards Meis. In the evenings the squares and side streets fill with people dining outdoors.
Villas in central Kaş tend to be more compact than those on the Çukurbağ Peninsula, but they make up for it with convenience. Many sit on the hillsides above the harbour, with private pools and terraces looking out to sea. They suit couples, friends and families who want to walk everywhere and leave the car behind.
The sea platforms at Küçükçakıl are within walking distance, and Büyükçakıl beach is close by. Boat trips to Kekova and the ferry to Meis leave from the harbour, and dive centres run trips to some of the clearest water on the coast.
Dalaman Airport is about 150 km away, roughly 2 hours 15 minutes by car. Antalya Airport is around 190 km away. Parking in the centre can be limited, so ask the owner about parking if you are hiring a car.
