A home in the woods

Villa Gökseki Orman Evi – "the Forest House" – stands on 2,200 m² of land surrounded by pine forest and olive groves around the small lake of Gökseki, north of Kaş. Here you wake to birdsong and end the day stargazing by the fire pit. The 4 × 8 m pool inside the walled garden is completely private and cannot be seen from outside.

Inside

The two-storey house sleeps six: upstairs an en-suite double and a second double room, downstairs a twin room. The living room, dominated by wood and stone, has a fireplace, so the house is warm and cosy in the winter months as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a Turkish tea maker and everything you need for a long breakfast.

Garden and yoga deck

The wooden yoga deck in the shade of the trees is perfect for morning stretches or a quiet hour with a book. A gazebo, barbecue and hammock complete the garden. Pets are welcome – the large enclosed garden is safe for dogs.

Nature and exploring

A short morning walk by the lake, an afternoon swim in one of Kaş's coves and a barbecue in the garden at night – that is the rhythm of days in Gökseki.

Gökseki is close to several sections of the Lycian Way and other hiking trails. Kaş centre is 6 km away and the nearest beach 5.5 km, so the sea is only a short drive away. There is no booking on this site – contact the owner directly for availability.
