Data Controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Villora (company title to be completed), Kalkan Mah., Kaş / Antalya, Türkiye, as data controller, as described below.
Personal Data Processed
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone (inquiry forms and owner accounts)
- Inquiry details: travel dates, number of guests, message
- Customer transaction and finance: company name, tax details, payment and invoice records (owners only)
- Transaction security: session and CSRF cookies, hashed IP information
- Usage data: page views, contact button clicks, device type, country and language
Purposes
- Forwarding guest inquiries to the relevant villa owner or agency
- Providing membership and advertising services to owners and invoicing
- Operating the platform, ensuring information security and improving services
- Sending notification emails
- Complying with legal obligations and responding to competent authorities
Legal Grounds
Data is processed under Article 5(2) KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), necessary to fulfil our legal obligations (ç), necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right (e), and necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). Where required, your explicit consent is obtained.
Transfers
- Inquiry data is transferred to the villa owner or agency you choose to contact.
- Data may be shared with our hosting, email and payment service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
- Data may be disclosed to authorised public bodies upon lawful request.
- Where our service providers (e.g. map, email or translation services) are located abroad, transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 KVKK.
Collection Method
Data is collected electronically through forms on our website, the owner panel, cookies and similar technologies, by automated or partly automated means.
Your Rights (Article 11)
- Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, and request notification of these actions to recipients
- Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
