Is Villora a booking site?
No. Villora is a villa listing platform. We do not take bookings or accept payments. Guests contact the owner or agency of the villa they like directly.
How do I book a villa?
Contact the owner using the WhatsApp, phone, email or inquiry form options on the villa page, quote the VillaNo and share your dates. You then arrange everything, including the booking itself, directly with the owner.
Who do I pay?
You pay the villa owner or the official rental company directly. Villora never takes payments. Never pay to an account that is unrelated to the owner or company.
Are the prices shown final? In which currency?
Prices are a preview calculated from the seasonal rates and campaigns entered by the owner. The final price is confirmed by the owner. You can display prices in TRY, EUR, USD or GBP; currency conversions are for information only.
What is a VillaNo?
A unique code for each villa, made up of a region code and four digits, such as KLKN-1129. Quoting it when you contact the owner tells them immediately which villa you are asking about.
What is the Tourism Permit number?
It is the number of the permit that owners must obtain to rent out a residence for tourism purposes under Law No. 7464. It consists of the province plate code and a sequence number, for example 07-4512.
What does the "Verified" badge mean?
It shows that Villora has checked the Tourism Permit number declared for the villa. It is not a guarantee of the villa's quality or of the owner's service.
Is there a deposit or cleaning fee?
Many villas ask for a damage deposit and/or a cleaning fee. Check the amounts and refund terms on the villa page and confirm them in writing with the owner before booking.
Do I have to pay for pool heating?
Heated pools usually come at an extra charge, priced per day or per week. Ask the owner about the fee and the periods when heating is available.
Are pets allowed?
It depends on the villa. Use the pet-friendly filter in search and ask the owner about any additional conditions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation and refund terms are agreed solely between the guest and the owner. We recommend getting these terms in writing before you book.
How can I list my villa on Villora?
Create a free account, choose the Başlangıç, Profesyonel, Kurumsal or Tek Villa Aylık plan and build your listing. Providing your Tourism Permit number is mandatory.
