A mansion above Kalkan
Villa Panorama Kalkan is a three-storey, 420 m² mansion rising above a 1,200 m² plot on the slopes of Ortaalan. Its view lives up to the name, taking in Kalkan Bay, the marina, Kalamar cove and the Mediterranean horizon in a single frame. A lift connects all floors, making it ideal for large families, multi-generation groups and special celebrations.
Water and spa
Outside there is a 6 × 14 m heated infinity pool and a separate children's pool. The lower-floor spa level houses a heated indoor pool, a Turkish hammam, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, so you can swim every day even in winter. The roof terrace, outdoor kitchen and barbecue turn every dinner into a feast.
Entertainment and comfort
A cinema room, games room with billiards and a fully equipped gym mean you could happily spend days without leaving the villa. All six bedrooms are en-suite: the top floor holds a master suite with a king-size bed and a double suite, the middle floor two double suites, and the ground floor two twin suites.

A private chef, concierge and airport transfers can be arranged on request. Gated access, an alarm system and a generator ensure an uninterrupted stay. Kalkan centre is 1.1 km away and the supermarket 500 m. Birthdays and small celebrations are welcome with prior permission.
After a day by the pool, gathering for dinner on the roof terrace around dishes from the outdoor kitchen creates the villa's most memorable evenings. Although it is built for big groups, every suite has its own bathroom, so everyone has a quiet corner of their own.

Three generations under one roof
We came with grandparents, parents and five kids, and the villa handled all of us beautifully. Six bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and a huge heated pool. The panorama from the terrace really lives up to the name. Hakan's team were brilliant from booking to departure.
