The sister villa, the same calm
Villa Grand Emora 2 sits on the Kördere hillside along the road from Kalkan to the Bezirgan plateau, right beside its sister, Villa Grand Emora. With around 210 m² of living space over two floors, it shares the same views and the same peace and quiet, scaled for smaller groups and families. Large families can also rent both villas together.
Heated pool and a little spa
The 12 × 4 m outdoor pool can be heated, so swimming stays a pleasure in spring and autumn too. Pool heating is available on request for a daily fee. A separate paddling pool keeps the youngest guests happy. The walled garden and pool area cannot be seen from outside, so conservative families can relax completely. Inside there is a sauna and a jacuzzi, and underfloor heating keeps the house warm through the winter months.
Living spaces
The lounge and fully equipped kitchen open onto the garden, where the pergola-shaded dining area and barbecue become the family's meeting point. Of the four bedrooms, three have double beds and one has two singles. Two bedrooms are en-suite, and there are three bathrooms in total.
