Holiday Villas with a Walled Garden
A walled garden turns a villa into a private world of its own, screened from the lane and the neighbours. Browse villas with enclosed gardens on Türkiye's south-west coast and ask the owners directly about the details.

Why a walled garden?
In these villas the garden is enclosed by a stone or rendered wall, usually with a single gate. That gives you three things: privacy from passers-by and next-door houses, a space where toddlers cannot simply wander off, and somewhere a dog can roam more freely. Families who want to relax outdoors without being overlooked, including conservative families, and guests travelling with pets often filter for exactly this.
One distinction matters. A walled garden does not automatically mean the pool is hidden from view: on a hillside, houses higher up may still see in. If a fully screened pool is your priority, look at our secluded pool villas as well.
Where you'll find them
Detached villas with walled plots are common around Fethiye, especially Ovacık, Hisarönü and Kayaköy. In Kalkan and Kaş the slopes mean walls often combine with stepped terraces. Around Kemer and Belek near Antalya, gardens tend to be larger and flatter.
Checklist for the owner
- How high is the wall, and does it run all the way round?
- Does the gate lock, and could a small child open the latch?
- Can neighbours on the hillside see the pool or terrace?
- If pets are allowed, are there gaps or low sections a dog could get through?
- Is the garden exclusively yours, or shared with another unit?
