The Bodrum peninsula, particularly Yalıkavak and Göltürkbükü, has the widest choice of large properties. Kalkan and Kaş also have spacious, multi-level villas built into the hills. On the Antalya coast, Belek and Side are practical for big groups thanks to the relatively short airport transfer.
For villas of this size, it pays to discuss dates months in advance. Price, availability, minimum stay, changeover day and deposit are entirely up to the owner, and deposits for large groups may be higher.
