4 Bedroom Holiday Villas in Türkiye
Four bedrooms is the classic choice when two families holiday together or four couples share a house. Costs are split, yet everyone still gets their own room and, often, their own bathroom.
Two families, one villa
Sharing one villa between two families is often more fun, and more practical, than renting two separate houses: the children play in the pool together and the adults meet on the same terrace in the evening. For it to work smoothly, the layout needs to feel fair. Most 4 bedroom villas sleep eight, and some can add an extra bed or two.
Features that make sharing easy
- Bedrooms of similar size, all en-suite, avoid the "who gets the best room" debate.
- A split layout across two floors, or a main house plus guest annex, gives each family some privacy.
- Is the pool big enough for eight, with enough sun loungers?
- Is there parking for two cars? Groups this size often hire two.
- Is there a mid-stay clean and a change of towels and linen?
Where to look
In Kalkan and Kaş, most 4 bedroom villas are built into the hillside with wide terraces and sea views. Around Göcek you are close to the boat trips through the bays, while Yalıkavak and Türkbükü on the Bodrum peninsula put marinas and beach clubs within reach. Ovacık and Hisarönü near Fethiye tend to offer greener, garden-style plots.
Season, price and terms
Aligning two families' holiday dates takes time, so planning early helps. Prices and availability are set by the owner; agree on the minimum stay, changeover day, deposit and how payment can be split right at the start.
Check the VillaNo and the Tourism Permit number (Law 7464) on the listing before you pay. Villora does not take bookings; you contact the owner directly by WhatsApp, phone or email.
