Scope
These terms apply to all visitors and listing owners using the Villora website. By using the site, you accept these terms.
Our Role
Villora is a listing platform for holiday villas. No bookings are made and no payments are taken from guests on our site. Guests contact villa owners or agencies directly. Villora is not a party to any rental contract between a guest and an owner; price, availability, payment, cancellation and all matters relating to the stay are agreed between them.
Accuracy of Listings
Listing content (descriptions, photos, prices, amenities and availability) is provided by the owner, who is responsible for its accuracy. While Villora reviews listings to a reasonable extent, we do not guarantee that content is complete or up to date. Please confirm the details directly with the owner before making any payment.
Owner Obligations
- Hold a valid tourism permit as required by law and state the permit number correctly
- Publish truthful descriptions and prices, and only photos they own or are entitled to use
- Respond to guest inquiries within a reasonable time and use personal data only for the inquiry
- Comply with legal obligations such as tax, registration and guest identity notification
Prohibited Use
- Publishing misleading, fake or third-party listings or content
- Scraping the site by automated means or disrupting its operation
- Using contact tools for spam, fraud or any unlawful purpose
Villora may remove listings and suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Paid Services
Owners may purchase membership plans and in-site advertising. Payment is made by bank transfer or card. Prices, durations and refund conditions are governed by the terms shown at purchase; as a rule, no refund is given once an advertising period has started.
Intellectual Property
The site's design, software, logo and content created by Villora belong to Villora. Owners grant Villora a free, non-exclusive licence to display the content they upload on the site and use it to promote their listing.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Villora is not liable for damages arising from the relationship between owner and guest, the quality of a stay, payments or listing content. The site is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' statutory rights.
