How It Works

Step by Step for Guests

Villora is a listing platform that connects you directly with villa owners. Bookings and payments are arranged entirely between you and the owner.

  • Search and filter: Narrow down villas by region, dates, number of guests, bedrooms, price range, pool type, sea view and more.
  • Explore the map: Compare distances to beaches, town centres and restaurants on the interactive map.
  • Check the calendar and price preview: The availability calendar and price preview on each villa page are based on the seasonal prices and campaigns entered by the owner. The final price is always confirmed by the owner.
  • Contact the owner: Reach the owner or agency via WhatsApp, phone, email or the inquiry form, and always quote the VillaNo.
  • Agree and pay the owner directly: Once you have agreed on dates, price, deposit and terms, you pay the owner directly. Villora does not take bookings or accept payments.

What Is a VillaNo?

The VillaNo is a unique code assigned to every villa. It consists of a region code and four digits, for example KLKN-1129. Quoting it when you message the owner makes sure they know exactly which villa you are asking about.

What Is the Tourism Permit Number?

Law No. 7464 amended the rules on renting residences for tourism purposes and made a permit mandatory for homes rented to holidaymakers. The permit number (Turizm Belge No) consists of the province plate code and a sequence number, for example 07-4512. Its presence shows that the villa may be legally rented out. Permits that Villora has checked are marked with a "Verified" badge on the listing. We recommend checking the permit number before you rent.

Safe Renting Tips

  • Never pay to a person or account that is unrelated to the villa owner or the rental company.
  • Ask for a written confirmation or rental contract stating the dates, price and terms before paying.
  • Clarify the deposit, cleaning fee, pool heating charges and cancellation terms with the owner in advance.
  • Check the Tourism Permit number and look for the "Verified" badge.
  • If something feels wrong, report the listing to us.
