You pay the service provider directly at the time of service (cash, card or transfer — whatever they accept). Villora does not take payments.

The form shows an estimate. The provider e-mails a final quote based on your date, group size and details; it is not binding until you confirm.

Use the request link in your e-mail to cancel in one click before the service date.

Every provider is reviewed and approved by the Villora team. Guest ratings appear on their profile after completed services.

Requests sent from a villa page are visible to your host for information, so a transfer or chef arrival can be planned in advance.
