Modern Design Villas in Türkiye
Floor-to-ceiling glass, clean-lined interiors and infinity pools that melt into the view: these villas are for lovers of contemporary architecture. Contact the owner directly for prices and availability.
What a modern villa offers
Modern villas are designed to bring Mediterranean light and views indoors. Floor-to-ceiling glass, open-plan living spaces, flat-roof terraces and infinity pools that seem to merge with the sea are typical features. Inside you can expect calm, neutral palettes, well-equipped kitchens and, increasingly, smart-home systems.
Where to find modern villas
- Kalkan: contemporary villas terraced into the hillsides of Kalamar and Kışla, with bay views.
- Kaş: glass-fronted design villas on the Çukurbağ Peninsula, looking across to the Greek island of Meis (Kastellorizo).
- Bodrum, Yalıkavak and Türkbükü: whitewashed and natural-stone villas blending Aegean tradition with modern lines.
- Fethiye and Göcek: new-generation homes overlooking bays and marinas.
- Belek: family-friendly modern villas with large gardens near the golf courses.
Worth asking before you rent
- Is there air conditioning in every room? Large glazed walls can heat up in summer, so ask about shading, curtains and awnings.
- Is the infinity pool safe for children, and is there a pool fence or alarm?
- Are Wi-Fi speed and workspace suitable for remote working?
- Does the open-plan layout give a larger group enough privacy?
- What are the deposit, cleaning fee, check-in times and any pool-heating charge?
Best time to visit
Glass walls and big terraces are at their best from May to June and September to October, when the air is mild, the light is soft and rates are often lower than in the July–August high season. Modern villas with a heated pool also make good winter bases.
