Villas to Rent on the Çukurbağ Peninsula
The Çukurbağ Peninsula stretches west from Kaş town and is home to some of the area's finest luxury villas. Expect panoramic sea views, sunsets over the Greek island of Meis and a peaceful setting just minutes from town.
Kaş's luxury villa peninsula
Çukurbağ is a long, narrow peninsula that begins just west of Kaş town and runs for several kilometres along the coast. Its slopes face the open sea and the island of Meis (Kastellorizo), giving villas here some of the most dramatic views on the Lycian coast. Sunsets are a nightly event.
Villas on the peninsula
Villas on Çukurbağ are generally spacious and high-end, with infinity pools, landscaped gardens and large terraces. Some have private steps down to the rocks or their own swimming platform, so you can swim in the clear sea straight from the villa. The peninsula is a good choice for honeymooners, families and groups looking for space and privacy, including secluded villas with pools that are not overlooked.
Getting around
Most villas are around 3–5 km from the town centre, a 5–10 minute drive, so a hire car is very useful. Kaş harbour, restaurants and boat trips are easy to reach, while Kaputaş and Kalkan are further along the coastal road.
Getting there
Dalaman Airport is about 150 km away, roughly 2 hours 15 minutes by car, and Antalya Airport around 190 km. The season runs from May to October, with the sea reaching about 26–28 °C in August.
