Villa Meis Işıkları – "the Lights of Meis" – takes its name from the view: the Greek island of Meis (Kastellorizo) lies just across the water from Kaş, and after sunset its lights glitter like a postcard from the roof terrace. The villa is only 450 metres from Kaş centre, so restaurants, cafés, boutiques and the weekly market are all within walking distance.
For couples or a small family
The two-storey villa has an en-suite double bedroom and a second room with two single beds, sleeping up to four guests. The ground-floor living room opens onto the 3 × 6 m private pool and a sun terrace with loungers. Netflix and streaming services, fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room make it just as comfortable for longer stays.
The roof terrace steals the show
The roof terrace is a second living room for morning coffee and dinners under the stars. From here you can see both Kaş harbour and Meis, and at sunset the sky glows red behind the Kaş peninsula. Pets are welcome.
Sea, boats and diving
With your passport you can also hop on the 20-minute ferry to Meis for a day on the island.
Kaş is one of Turkey's best-known diving destinations. Daily boat trips leave the harbour for Kekova, the Sunken City and Meis, and the owner is happy to help arrange them. The nearest swimming spot is 700 m away. There is no booking on this site – contact the owner directly.
