Villa Ege Beyazı ("Aegean White") is a three-storey contemporary home that reinterprets Bodrum's traditional whitewashed style with glass, timber and natural stone. Set on a 2,000 m² plot a few minutes from Yalıkavak Marina, it offers 480 m² of living space and sea views from every floor.
The heated 6 x 16 m infinity pool seems to spill into the Aegean, while a children's pool alongside keeps younger guests happy. The rooftop lounge is the house's favourite spot for Yalıkavak's famous sunsets.
Each of the six bedrooms has its own bathroom, including two master suites with king-size beds, and a lift connects all floors. The lower level houses a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym and a cinema room with a surround sound system. Seven bathrooms guarantee comfort even for large groups.
The outdoor kitchen and long dining table are made for Aegean feasts prepared by your private chef. Concierge service handles boat charters, airport transfers and restaurant reservations. Covered parking, an EV charger, alarm and CCTV systems and a backup generator complete the picture.
