Set at the foot of Babadağ mountain in the heart of Ölüdeniz, this three-bedroom villa with a private pool and separate children's pool is made for families. Walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, then watch paragliders drift down over the garden in the evening.
A relaxed Ölüdeniz holiday for the whole family
Villa Babadağ Esintisi ("Babadağ Breeze") sits on a quiet lane just minutes from one of Türkiye's most photographed beaches. Its leafy garden, 4 x 8 m private pool and a shallow children's pool right beside it mean little ones can splash safely while the grown-ups unwind on the sun loungers. A pool safety fence adds extra peace of mind for parents.
During the day, colourful paragliders launched from Babadağ dot the sky; in the cool of late afternoon, the mountain breeze that gives the villa its name drifts through the terrace.
Inside the villa
The villa offers 150 m² of living space over two floors. The ground floor has a spacious lounge with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area opening straight onto the terrace. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, while a twin room for the children is on the ground floor. Every room is air-conditioned, and two bathrooms keep busy family mornings running smoothly.
A baby cot, high chair and a basket of toys can be prepared on request, so you can travel light.
Outdoor living
The pergola-shaded terrace has an outdoor dining table, a barbecue and a cosy seating corner in the garden for evening conversations. Ölüdeniz's restaurants and markets are only 200–250 metres away, and the beach is about 850 metres from the gate. You won't need a car to reach the sea, and evening walks along the promenade are part of the routine here.

Paragliders landing in front of us
Watching paragliders drift down from Babadağ while lazing by the pool was surreal. The villa is modern and spotless, and Ölüdeniz beach is a short drive away. We did the tandem flight on day two – highly recommended. Host was super helpful.
