Holiday Villas with an Indoor Pool in Türkiye
An indoor pool takes a villa holiday beyond the summer months. Every villa on this page has a pool inside the building that you can use whatever the weather.

Who is an indoor pool for?
Winters on Türkiye’s south coast are mild, but between December and March an outdoor pool is too cold for most people. An indoor pool suits winter visitors, long-stay guests, families spending New Year by the coast, and anyone who prefers to swim out of the strong summer sun. It also gives complete privacy, as nobody can see in.
Good to know
Indoor pools are usually smaller than outdoor ones and are often part of a wellness area with a sauna, hammam or gym. In winter the water needs heating; some owners include this in the price, while others charge it separately, typically per day.
Questions to ask the owner
- Size and depth of the indoor pool
- Is heating included or charged separately?
- Is the pool room ventilated and dehumidified?
- Does the villa also have an outdoor pool?
- Which other facilities are available – sauna, hammam, jacuzzi?
Where to find them
Indoor pools are most often found in larger villas around Kalkan, Kaş and Fethiye that are rented out through the winter season. Some spacious year-round villas in Bodrum and the Antalya region also have one.
Winter on the south coast
Winters in Kaş, Kalkan and Fethiye are quiet, and sunny days are often perfect for walking and sightseeing – the Lycian Way, ancient sites and empty coves. Coming back to a swim in the indoor pool and an evening by the fireplace is what makes a winter villa stay special. Bear in mind that some restaurants and shops close outside the season.
