Holiday Villas with a Heated Pool in Türkiye
The Turkish coast stays warm well beyond summer, but unheated pool water cools quickly in spring and autumn. A heated-pool villa lets you enjoy the pool comfortably outside the peak months.

When does heating make a difference?
In July and August the sun does the work and heating is rarely needed. The difference shows in April, May, October and November: days can be sunny and pleasant, but cool nights bring pool water down to a temperature many people find too cold. With heating, owners can usually keep the water at around 26–30 °C, which matters especially for young children and older guests.
How heating is charged
Pool heating is usually not included in the rental price. Most owners charge it separately, typically per day. The cost depends on the size of the pool, the type of system (heat pump, boiler and so on) and the time of year. Some owners only switch it on for a minimum number of days, because it takes time for the pool to reach the desired temperature.
Questions to ask the owner
- Is heating charged per day or per week?
- What water temperature can the system reach?
- How many days before arrival does it need to be switched on?
- Is there a pool cover to reduce heat loss overnight?
Where it is popular
Kalkan and Kaş have a long season, so heated-pool villas are in demand for spring and autumn breaks. Guests planning early- or late-season trips to Fethiye, Göcek and Bodrum also look for this feature.
