Holiday Villas with Concierge Service
If you would rather spend your holiday enjoying it than organising it, look at villas with concierge service. Their owners say they help with restaurants, boats, cars and excursions.

What does a villa concierge do?
Think of it as a hotel front desk, adapted to a private villa. The scope differs from villa to villa, but typical help includes:
- Booking tables at popular restaurants
- Arranging private or shared boat trips
- Car hire or a car with driver
- Day trips: ancient cities, canyons, paragliding, diving
- Stocking the fridge with essentials before you arrive
- Sourcing a pushchair, high chair or other equipment
A good concierge knows the area well, so they can also point you to quieter bays, local family-run restaurants and the best time of day to visit popular sights. That means you spend your first days exploring instead of planning.
Who benefits most?
First-time visitors, big family groups, travellers short on time and couples planning a special occasion get the most out of it. In Göcek the usual request is a boat for the day; in Kaş it is diving or a Kekova trip; in Fethiye and Ölüdeniz, paragliding; in Bodrum, restaurant and beach club reservations. Around Belek and Kemer, golf tee times may come up too.
Costs and expectations
Some owners help free of charge, others add an arrangement fee or work through partner companies. Clarify upfront which services are included, who you pay for tours and boats, and what the cancellation terms are. For a grocery pre-stock, ask whether you will receive the receipts.
Season and trust
In July and August boats and the best tables fill up early, so send your wish list before you travel. Check the VillaNo and Tourism Permit number on the listing and get any agreed services confirmed in writing. Villora does not take bookings or payments; everything is arranged directly with the owner.
