Countryside Villas Surrounded by Nature
Wake up to birdsong, eat breakfast under the olive trees and swim in a pool with a forest view. These countryside villas sit in green surroundings away from the busy resorts – browse them and talk to the owners directly.
What to expect
Villas in nature are set among pine forest, olive groves or farmland, with a view of trees, valleys and village rooftops rather than the sea. Nights are quiet, neighbours are further apart and the air in the hills is often a little cooler than on the coast. This feature is declared by the owner, so use the photos and the map pin to judge how rural the setting really is.
Where to find them
Around Fethiye, Kayaköy and Üzümlü are classic countryside villages; above Kalkan, Islamlar is known for its trout restaurants and green slopes; near Kaş, Gökbel and Akbel sit in the hills; and in Antalya province, Kemer's mountain villages lie at the foot of the Taurus range. Walking trails, including sections of the Lycian Way, are often close by. The trade-off is distance: you will usually need a car for the beach, shops and restaurants.
Who they suit
Hikers, couples looking for peace, families with young children who want space to run around, and anyone planning a longer stay with remote work will get the most from a countryside villa.
Questions for the owner
- How long is the drive to the nearest beach and supermarket?
- Is the access road paved, or is the last stretch steep or unsurfaced?
- Are there fly screens, and how are insects handled?
- How reliable are the internet and mobile signal?
- What are the rules on barbecues during the fire season?
Season and booking
Spring and autumn are lovely for walking, and the hills can feel a touch fresher in midsummer. For winter stays, ask about heating. Villora does not handle bookings or payments – contact the owner by WhatsApp, phone or email, check the VillaNo and Tourism Permit number, and confirm everything in writing.
