What kind of events?

These villas are for small, private celebrations rather than big parties. Typical examples are a birthday dinner, a wedding anniversary, an engagement meal, a family reunion or a photo shoot. A long table by the pool or a sunset gathering on the terrace feels far more personal than a hotel function room.

Permission and house rules

The events feature means celebrations are possible with the owner's consent, not that anything goes. Describe your plans in detail before booking and clarify:

• If guest numbers will exceed the villa's sleeping capacity, get explicit approval.
• Music and noise are limited out of respect for neighbours and municipal quiet hours; ask about speakers or a DJ.
• Is there an extra fee for cleaning, security or the event itself?
• Decoration rules: are confetti, candles, fireworks or pool floats allowed?
• Can you bring outside caterers, a cake or a photographer?
• Will the security deposit be higher for an event?

Regional and seasonal tips

The view terraces of Kalkan and Kaş are made for sunset dinners, Bodrum's villas with large gardens suit bigger family tables, and Göcek and Fethiye work well if you want to combine the celebration with a boat day. In July and August it is very hot, so plan for the evening; May, June and September are more pleasant for outdoor gatherings.
