A villa for four does not always have two bedrooms. Some sleep three or four using one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the lounge; others have two separate bedrooms. A sofa bed may be fine for a long weekend, but over a week a proper second room makes a real difference. Always read the bedroom and bathroom count on the listing together with the guest number.
Around Fethiye, Ölüdeniz and Çalış are easy for small families, with flat roads and simple beach access. Kalkan and Kaş offer quieter hillside villas with views. On the Bodrum peninsula, Bitez and Gümüşlük are known for calm bays and walkable seafronts.
June and September give you a warm sea with fewer crowds. Price and availability are set by the owner; ask about the minimum stay, changeover day and deposit from the outset. Please do not exceed the stated capacity: the guest number on the listing is the limit that matches the villa's Tourism Permit. Check the VillaNo and permit number (Law 7464) before paying.
