Group Villas for 14 People or More
Fourteen guests or more turns a holiday villa into something closer to a private retreat. Every villa on this page sleeps at least 14, and you deal directly with the owner.
Villas for very large groups
Planning for 14 or more people is a little like booking a small hotel. Villas of this size usually have six to eight bedrooms, a big pool and generous outdoor space. They suit family reunions, several families holidaying together, wedding parties staying close to the venue and small team retreats. If you are planning a celebration, ask the owner first whether events are allowed.
Check the beds, bathrooms and logistics
The larger the group, the more the details matter:
- Bed layout: how many guests are in proper beds, and how many on sofa beds or extra beds?
- Bathrooms: with 14 people, five or six bathrooms make mornings much easier.
- Parking: is there room for several hire cars, and is the access road narrow or steep?
- Transfers: can a minibus carrying the whole group and luggage reach the villa gate?
- Kitchen: is there a large fridge, a dishwasher and a table that seats everyone?
- Utilities: can all the air conditioning units run at once, and is the water tank big enough?
Which region?
The Bodrum peninsula and the Kemer and Belek area near Antalya offer more large villas on spacious plots. In Kalkan and Kaş, villas for 14 are usually multi-level houses on the hillside, so the view comes with stairs. Göcek and Fethiye are close to Dalaman airport, keeping group transfers short.
Season and contact
There are not many villas this size, so plan early for July, August and school holidays. Villora does not take bookings: the owner sets prices, deposits and house rules. Check the VillaNo and Tourism Permit number on the listing and have everything confirmed in writing.
