Villas for Large Groups of 10 or More
Bringing ten or more people together in one villa is a very different holiday from scattered hotel rooms: shared meals, long days by the pool and evenings with everyone under the same roof. This page lists villas suited to big groups.

The group organiser's guide
Whoever plans a big group holiday is really running a small project. It works best when one person handles communication with the owner, all the terms are gathered in a single written thread, and that summary is shared with the rest of the group.
Always ask the owner
- How many of the beds are proper beds, and how many are sofa beds or extra beds?
- How are children and infants counted towards capacity?
- What are the house rules on parties, music and quiet hours?
- Is check-in time flexible? It matters when the group arrives on different flights.
- Can a minibus transfer, a chef or extra cleaning be arranged?
- Is the road to the villa steep or narrow? Some hillside villas are hard to reach in a large vehicle.
Which area for which group?
For celebrations and nightlife, start with the Bodrum peninsula; for views and relaxed dinners, Kalkan and Kaş; for an action-packed week, Fethiye, Ölüdeniz and Göcek; for golf and long sandy beaches, Belek and Side near Antalya. With big groups, airport distance matters too, so factor in transfer times from Dalaman, Bodrum-Milas or Antalya.
Price and peace of mind
Villas for 10+ guests are limited in number and popular weeks go early. Price, availability, minimum stay, changeover day and deposit are all up to the owner, and deposits for large groups may be higher. Check the VillaNo and Tourism Permit number (Law 7464) on the listing. Villora does not take bookings; you contact the owner directly by WhatsApp, phone or email.
