What counts as an economy villa?
Every villa here has a “from” price of €150 a night or less. That figure is the villa's lowest seasonal rate, usually for the off-season, so the same villa may cost noticeably more in July and August. If you have a little more flexibility, our budget-friendly villas page covers villas starting at €250 or less.
Economy villas tend to be smaller homes with one to three bedrooms, and many still have a private pool. You will find them in the villages around Fethiye, inland from Kaş and Kalkan, and in quieter parts of Antalya, where land is less expensive than on the waterfront.
How to get the best value
- Travel in the shoulder season: May, early June, late September and October.
- Ask about the minimum stay; seven nights is common in summer, shorter stays may be possible outside peak weeks.
- Check for extra charges such as a cleaning fee, pool heating or extra guests.
- Confirm the security deposit and how and when it is returned.
- Get in writing what is included: electricity, water, Wi-Fi, towels and linen.
- Look at the location: walking distance to a beach or shop can save on car hire.
