7+ Bedroom Villas in Türkiye
Seven bedrooms or more means several families can share one holiday home and still each have a door to close. Browse 7+ bedroom villas in Kaş, Kalkan, Fethiye, Bodrum and Antalya and contact the owners directly.
Who books a 7 bedroom villa?
These are the houses for family reunions, milestone birthdays, two or three families travelling together and groups of friends who meet every summer. Everyone gets a proper bedroom, so grandparents can turn in early while teenagers stay up on the terrace, and the shared kitchen, long dining table and pool deck become the heart of the holiday. In our regions you will mostly find villas of this size on the Bodrum peninsula, on the hillsides of Kalkan and Kaş, around Fethiye and Göcek, and along the Kemer–Belek coast near Antalya.
Questions to ask the owner
A bedroom count on its own doesn't tell you how comfortable a big group will be. Before you agree on dates, ask:
- How many bedrooms are en-suite, and how many bathrooms and WCs are there in total?
- What is the bed layout: doubles, twins, any sofa beds?
- Is there a bedroom on the ground floor, and how steep are the stairs?
- Is the kitchen big enough, with a large fridge or a second one?
- How many cars can park, and can a minibus reach the gate?
- How often are towels and linen changed, and is extra cleaning available?
When to plan
Large villas are few in number, and July and August dates are often taken well in advance, especially around school holidays. May, June and September are cooler and quieter, which suits mixed-age groups. Transfers from Dalaman, Antalya or Milas-Bodrum airports are best arranged by minibus.
Booking directly
Villora is a listing site, not a booking agent: prices, deposits and house rules come from the owner. Each listing shows a VillaNo and the Tourism Permit number required under Law 7464 (2024). Check it, and get the agreed terms in writing before paying.
