5 Bedroom Holiday Villas in Türkiye

Celebrations and extended families

Five bedrooms bring a group of up to ten under one roof. Villas this size often add a second lounge, a games room, a barbecue area or a dining terrace by the pool, so the group can spread out instead of crowding into one space.

Things to settle in advance

With a big group, you do not want surprises. Talk to the owner about:

• How many bedrooms are en-suite, and is there a shared bathroom?
• Are parties or extra day visitors allowed? Many villas have quiet hours and guest rules.
• Are electricity, water and pool heating included, or charged separately?
• Can extras such as a private chef, airport transfer or grocery delivery be arranged?
• How many cars can be parked?

Choosing an area

On the Bodrum peninsula, Yalıkavak, Gündoğan and Türkbükü are known for spacious luxury villas on large plots. In Kalkan and Kaş, 5 bedroom villas tend to sit on sea-view hillsides. On the Antalya coast, Belek is popular with groups this size thanks to its golf courses. Factor in the drive from Dalaman or Antalya airport when planning transfers.

Price and peace of mind

There are fewer villas of this size, so popular dates go early. Price, availability, minimum stay, changeover day and deposit are all set by the owner; get every term in writing. Check the VillaNo and Tourism Permit number (Law 7464) on the listing. Villora does not take bookings; you contact the owner directly by WhatsApp, phone or email.
