2 Bedroom Holiday Villas in Türkiye
Two bedrooms is the sweet spot for a small family or two couples sharing a holiday. Everyone gets their own room, yet the villa still feels intimate and easy to look after.
One label, two very different trips
A 2 bedroom villa tends to suit two kinds of guests: parents with one or two children, and two couples travelling together. Families usually want the children's room close to their own; couples want both rooms to be equally comfortable. That is why villas under the same "2 bedroom" label can have quite different floor plans, and why it pays to look carefully.
Questions to ask the owner
- Are both bedrooms doubles, or is one a twin room?
- How many bathrooms are there, and are both bedrooms en-suite?
- Are the bedrooms on the same floor? Stairs matter with toddlers.
- Is the pool fenced or alarmed for young children?
- Can a cot and high chair be provided?
Where to look
Around Fethiye, especially Ölüdeniz, Hisarönü and Ovacık, you will find plenty of 2 bedroom villas within easy reach of beaches and restaurants. In Kalkan and Kaş they are more often set on hillsides with sea views, wide terraces and more privacy. On the Bodrum peninsula, Yalıkavak and Gündoğan are worth a look.
Season and terms
School holidays, roughly late June to late August, are the busiest weeks for this size. If your dates are flexible, early June or September is calmer and the sea is still warm. Prices and availability come directly from the owner, so confirm the minimum stay, changeover day and deposit in writing before you commit.
Stay somewhere registered
Each listing shows a VillaNo and the Tourism Permit number required under Law 7464 (2024). Check it before you pay. Villora does not take bookings; you contact the owner directly by WhatsApp, phone or email.
